Photo Release for "The Itinerant"
11/October/2012 12:47 PM Filed in: Memorials
Hi Dorothy and Charles,
First I wanted you to know how sorry I am for your loss. He was such a very talented and gifted sculptor and I am sorry that I didn’t get the opportunity to meet him.
Thank you both so much for your emails and for being fine with the idea of putting up an image of Richard’s work in the apartment complex being built in Capitol Hill. I believe the photo is of Richard’s sculpture titled “The Itinerant” – please let me know, after viewing the attached image, if that is correct.
Unfortunately, I am unable to attached any URL to the image and there is no other printed information. As noted, this agreement is for one printed image, only for purpose of interior décor of iconic images of the Capitol Hill area in this project. And I am thrilled to be able to include him in the presentation and in some small way to honor the legacy of Richard’s work.
I am also happy to release a limited use of my image for you to use on his website. If you have any interest in further use of the image, please feel free to contact me.
Attached is an agreement. If you approve, please sign and fax back to me at xxx-xxx-xxxx. I will then sign a fax back to you for your records.
Thank you again so very much,
Sandy Moss
